AMFM is a nonprofit organization created in 2006 to provide temporary financial relief to professional Annapolis musicians who cannot work due to sickness, injury, or any other circumstance leaving them unable to perform. This fund acts as an emergency relief fund for lost income. Since its founding, AMFM has grown to provide additional benefits to our local music community, including catastrophic relief and funding youth music programs in the form of scholarships and private lessons.
Please review the eligibility requirements for Lost Gig and Catastrophic Applications on our FAQ page before submitting your application, as changes have been made to those criteria in 2021.
NOTE: AMFM encourages the submission of applications using the online forms to ensure timely receipt and processing of your application. PDF forms are also available for download.
Scholarships and Awards Programs
AMFM is committed to fostering the next generation of musicians in the Annapolis area. Through our scholarships and award programs, we provide music lessons for elementary and middle school children, and promote musical excellence in high school seniors through a college scholarship.
