Please Read This Before Submitting Your Applications!

Please review the eligibility requirements for Lost Gig and Catastrophic Benefit Applications on our FAQ page before submitting your application, as changes have been made to those criteria in 2021. We are no longer reimbursing for gigs that were lost during the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns; we are reimbursing for lost gigs that were scheduled to occur after March 31, 2021 at venues that currently have live music.

NOTE: AMFM encourages the submission of applications using the online forms to ensure timely receipt and processing of your application.
